When the pulse valve is activated, the air above the diaphragm is rapidly released, leading to the swift opening of the main diaphragm valve. Conversely, upon deactivation of the pulse valve, air exits through the bleed hole to equalize the diaphragm pressure and promptly shut the valve.

Applications:
Baghouse Pulse Jet System
The M/D series diaphragms (such as M/D25) serve as the core sealing and actuating components of the pulse valves, releasing compressed air instantaneously in the dust collector to clear dust from the filter bag surfaces through high-frequency jetting (several times per second).
Operation Process:
Electrical signal triggers the pulse valve → Diaphragm opens instantaneously → Compressed air is injected into the filter bag through the jetting pipe → Filter bag expands and shakes off dust → Diaphragm resets and closes.
